Kodak Black- Bill Isreal

Even the prison walls couldn’t stop Kodak Black from thrilling his fans with new music as he dropped his latest 11-track album, Bill Isreal while serving term. The album features talented artists, from CBE to Lil Yatchy, Gucci Mane, Jackboy, and Tory Lanez. Kodak Black identifies as a Hebrew Israelite, and he relates with the Jewish culture, which speaks clearly of the inspiration behind the album title.

Bill Isreal is a bar and beat ridden album with many decent tracks that are easy to vibe to. Before releasing the albums, he had initially teased about it on social media, saying “After me ain’t nobody going to do it like me… Snipergang family, legacy intact”. Bill Isreal is Kodak’s full-length release after the second studio album “Dying to live” in 2018. “Dying To Live” did numbers and debuted at Number 1 on the Billboard 200. We are looking to see Bill Isreal do some great numbers as well.

Some of the best tracks off the album are “I KNEW IT” ft CBE and Gucci Mane. The artist drops impressive hood romantic flows over a super smooth beat. “I KNEW IT” is a love track you want to jam for some romantic vibe. “SERENE” is another decent track off Kodak’s new album. In “SERENE”, he talks more about the things he wants to change about his life. From his addiction to his willingness to pursue his enemies, and ‘wifing’ his main chick. This track is a solid one listeners can connect with actively.

SPAIN” ft Tory Lanez and Jackboy is the type of song you cruise to while driving down the hood. Each of them takes a turn to give some smashing bars. This track has the kind of beat that can easily raise your mood. “MAKE A HIT” ft Lil Yatchy is a smooth track with a vibrant instrumental. “FEELING MYSELF TODAY” has successfully garnered many raves amongst others. Kodak effortlessly gets you singing along to this one. Also, check out “PIMPING AIN’T EASY”; it’s a hard track with Kodak dropping hard, bare bara effortlessly. The dynamism and talent Kodak showcased on this track is impressive.

Other tracks on the album include “REMEMBER THE TIMES”, “I WANNA LIVE”, “EENY, MEENY, MINY, MOE”, “THE FIRE”, and DUMMY GREEN”. Kodak’s ability to switch between bring a gangsta and a sucker for love hasn’t changed a bit, even whilst being in prison. He manifested that in his new album.
